At Round One, no car leaves without being checked twice. Our mandatory quality control step isn’t a marketing claim — it’s built into the workflow on every vehicle, every day.
1. What Gets Checked
After the technician completes the requested service, a Team Leader or Garage Supervisor performs an independent inspection. They verify that the work was done correctly, all components are properly secured, fluid levels are correct, and there are no loose parts or tools left in the engine bay. It’s a second set of eyes on every job.
2. Why It Matters
Mistakes happen in every garage. A bolt not torqued properly, a filter not seated correctly, a fluid cap left loose — these small oversights can cause big problems on the road. Our QC step catches them before you drive away. It’s the difference between hoping the work was done right and knowing it was.
3. Accountability Built In
The quality check creates accountability at two levels: the technician who does the work and the team lead who verifies it. If an issue is found, it’s corrected before release. This process is what allows us to stand behind our work with confidence.
