Short answer: both work. Over 70% of our customers are walk-ins, and we’re set up to handle that. But here’s when each option makes more sense.
1. Walk-Ins: Always Welcome
You can drive into any Round One branch without an appointment. We serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis. For quick services like tire changes, oil changes, or battery replacement, you’ll typically be in and out without a long wait — especially if you come in the morning.
2. When to Book Ahead
If you need a specific service that takes longer (full inspection, A/C service, alignment, or suspension work), booking ahead guarantees you a bay and minimizes your wait time. It’s also a good idea on Saturdays, which tend to be our busiest days.
