1. What’s Covered
Services performed at Round One are backed by our workmanship warranty. If a service we performed was not completed to standard, we’ll make it right. This covers both the labor and the parts we supplied. Conditions and durations vary by service type — your Service Advisor will explain the specifics when you check out.
2. What’s Not Covered
Parts you supply yourself are covered by their own manufacturer warranty, not ours.
3. How to Claim
If you experience an issue with work we performed, call us or drive in to any branch. Bring your service receipt. We’ll inspect the issue and, if it’s covered, resolve it promptly. No runaround, no fees for warranty work.
